P.D.I. - PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION

On arrival at our depots, all New and Pre-Owned caravans go through a Full Quality Inspection before being taken into the workshops for a Comprehensive 73 point Pre-Delivery Inspection. This ensures all our caravans are in A1 Order on the day of collection.

What to expect on your day of collection?

On arrival at our reception, your salesperson will complete the necessary paperwork with you. After this has taken place, you will be introduced to one of our factory trained workshop staff who will run through your new caravan with you. If you have any queries at all about the operation of your new caravan, please do not hesitate to ask.

After the hand over has taken place, you are ready to “Get up and Go.”
