Workshop Team

All of our workshop team are factory trained by Avondale Coachcraft and Bailey of Bristol with annual refresher courses. In addition we have ongoing Product Training from Carver, Truma, Dometic and Thetford. As members of the National Caravan Council we work closely with the Caravan Industry Training Organisation to train on L.P. Gas Safety, cookers, water heaters, space heaters and refrigerators etc.

Sales / Accessory Team

This team receive regular product training from all of the leading manufacturers within the caravan industry, plus Customer Care Training with Business Training Consultancy Ltd, together with annual refresher courses. Black Horse and Capital Bank - the two leading Finance Houses for the industry give ongoing training regarding financial advise and Specialised Vehicle Funding.
